We have negotiated with our ticket agents to keep their booking fees as low as possible. Tickets bought from Rootys at the Custard Factory have no booking fee.

Where do I get my wristband?

The wristband exchange will be open at The Custard Factory from 12 noon on Friday 7th November. Other wristband exchanges will be available – check the website for full details www.gigbeth.com

Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets issued are subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser and promoter.
2. All tickets will be exchanged for wristbands, which are to be collected from a pre-assigned collection points which can be found on the website.
Gig wristbands allow ticket holders access to all Gigbeth events (except the Gigbeth Conference).
3. Over-18 visitors should bring sufficient identification upon wristband exchange to gain an ‘Over 18’ stamp. No ID, No Stamp. This stamp will be essential to purchase alcohol in any of the Gigbeth venues
4. Admission into all Gigbeth events is subject to the capacity of each venue. We reserve the right to deny access to any Gigbeth events if the venue has reached its maximum capacity regardless of the type of ticket that you hold. Please note that Delegate pass holders will have priority to enter any events should any ticket holders exit the venue. Gigbeth and the Venue Management accept no responsibility for any personal property.
5. All tickets are non transferable. Ticket holders are subject to having their ticket voided should they try to share a ticket.
6. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised line-up performs this pass is for an event and not a specific artiste/band. Gigbeth reserves the right to change the line-up or running time without prior notice.
7. The organisers reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the festival site
8. Tickets are not refundable
