Why do we do it?

VISION
By 2012 Gigbeth will be recognised throughout the UK music industry as the catalyst which has put Birmingham on the musical map, which has been integral to changing perceptions of our city.

MISSION
Gigbeth will achieve this by identifying, convening and leading a range of stakeholders, music organisations, the media and individuals involved in the music industry across Birmingham city region to create a supportive network of partnerships and a flourishing music scene.

KEY AIMS
- To run an annual large scale Music Festival and Conference
- To support and develop the local music industry through support and development work throughout the year
